The goal of ACES, as consultants, is to provide support for other dental schools in developing and improving a sustainable and accountable Community-based Clinical Education (CBCE) program. This involves bridging a diverse portfolio of healthcare delivery models to enhance students' education and increase access to care for vulnerable populations through a sustainable and accountable centralized platform.

• Provide advice and evaluations to schools on selecting an educational management IT system to monitor student progress, productivity, and assessment.
• Assist in developing a standardized community-based affiliation agreement template for the program.

• Advise schools on CODA standards and state dental board compliance related to Community-based opportunities.
• Offer guidance on the CODA Policy on Accreditation of Off-Campus Sites and CODA Guidelines for Adding Off-Campus Sites.
• Provide advice on the process and timing of onboarding and calibrating doctors participating in the program.
• Recommend and provide input regarding the maintenance of the CBCE program, including reviewing and commenting on proposed student-patient scheduling at affiliated sites.

• Conduct an in-depth analysis of your organization's operational, clinical, organizational, and community strengths to identify areas for improvement and unmet needs within the community.

• Assist with submissions to the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA), state board applications, doctor credentialing, student workforce scheduling, and program assessments.
